GOALS
AJ Ventures is proposing a plan for overseeing operations and adding services to the Renaissance Marina. These added services will be focused and centered around the Renaissance Ecosystem and area.

Oversee the incorporation of current and new services into a comprehensive booking and management system
PROPOSAL
We propose to deliver a set monthly percentage (TBD) of all net revenues to the current management company for exclusivity as the only operator of the marina

The proposed venture would consist of a partnership between AJ Ventures and the current management company of the renaissance marina

AJ Ventures will introduce and manage additional services through the exploitation of being the exclusive operator and service provider in the marina.
